Lead Carpenter/Project Foreman Job Description                                                                              Breyer Construction builds a variety of projects throughout Eastern PA, ranging from simple rectangular decks to more complex multi-level decks with roofs that tie into existing houses, exterior fireplaces, and water features. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for reading and understanding proposal details and project blueprints, as well as making small adjustments to meet any on-site circumstances.

This position requires leading the field team in a positive way, with the goal of working together in a safe, efficient, and productive environment.

Desired Qualifications                                                                                                                                           At least 5 years of carpentry experience with a firm grasp of general remodeling as well as production framing.
